Memory Care

The Generations Village, available at Avalon Bridgewater, Avalon Hills and Bridgeway Hills, offers specialized memory care programs for those with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia and other memory impairments. Because we recognize the unique challenges and individuality of each resident, we provide personalized programming and services to meet each resident’s needs. Our specially trained staff strives to meet the needs of each resident by providing compassionate, attentive care and holistic, personalized programming and services every day. 

Our memory care programs provide a safe and secure environment aimed at enriching each resident’s quality of life. 

We make every effort to meet the spiritual, psychosocial and emotional needs of every resident, their families and friends by recognizing that all are impacted by dementia, or other memory-related diagnosis.

Before admission, residents undergo a formal assessment to determine if they are suited for the memory care program. We use the results of the evaluation to develop individualized treatment objectives to meet each resident’s needs and goals.
